Below are a number of ways you can be involved with the children’s ministry at WCF.

Class Coordinator

• Oversee all teachers in specific age group
• Serve as liaison with deacon and parents
• Attend quarterly Children’s Nurture Meetings
• Serve one year term

Lead Teacher

• Take lead responsibility for class
• Prepare lessons from curriculum provided
• Oversee rotating help
• Teach Sept-May or June-Aug

Regular or Rotation Helper

• Support Nursery and Pre-School Classes
• Provide extra hands and help to teachers
• Serve 1-2 times every two months

Special Events Coordinator

• Special Party Coordinators
• Costume and Craft Creators
• Communications Coordinator
• Worship Liaison
• Teacher Appreciation Coordinator
• Service Project Planner and Implementer
• Direct a Christmas drama
• Teach children special music to sing in the worship service
• Teach a worship dance to WCF children

Children’s Ministry Deacon

• Serve two year term
