On May 20th, WCF will continue to use the lectionary scriptures to explore “Jesus and Resurrection Power.” The scriptures are Acts 1:15-17, 21-26, Psalm 1, 1 John 5:9-13, and John 17:6-19. Del Glick is the message-bearer.

Healing Prayer Gathering

On May 30 a healing prayer gathering will be held on the second floor at WCF, from 7:00-8:15pm. There will be silent prayer and reflection, an opportunity to be prayed for by Healing Prayer Team members, and freedom to leave at your leisure. Please join us.

WCF Work Day May 19

Saturday, May 19, 9am-3pm, we will be doing major de-cluttering of the church building and some outdoor yard work. There will be something for everyone, including bagels to get you started and pizza for lunch. Come help us steward our building for what ever part of the day you are able. Eastertide is the church season between Easter and Pentacost when the focus is on the birth of the church. It is a time when the Spirit meets people and helps them know who they are and what it means to follow Jesus in power and resurrection. For the next six Sundays WCF will use the lectionary scriptures to explore “Jesus and Resurrection Power.” Scriptures for April 22 are Acts 3:12-19, Psalm 4, 1 John 3:1-7, Luke 24:36b-48. Men’s Retreat April 21-22
