Join us on January 9th from 11:30am - 12:30pm to celebrate the life of Albert Mills with a Memorial Service at Washington Community Fellowship. Come ready to share stories and memories about Albert as there will be of time community sharing during the service.
Coat Drive
In honor of Albert Mills, who always cared for others he met in very tangible ways, we would like to include a coat drive as part of his memorial service on January 9th. Coats will be distributed to men and women in our neighborhood who need them via Our Daily Bread (where Margot Eyring serves) in partnership with Everyone Home DC (formerly Capital Hill Group Ministries). Margot reports that they need lots of men's and a few women's coats. Please bring your new or gently used donations to church on Sunday, January 9th.
