You are cordially invited to Plowshares and Prayers 2024, a lament and intercessory joint prayer service. Several churches and organizations will come together to pray for short-term and long-term peace in Gaza, the suffering caused by gun violence in DC, and the 2024 Elections.
The service will be on Thursday, July 11th, 7pm at Washington Community Fellowship, 907 Maryland Avenue NE, Washington, DC 20002.
As the Body of Christ, we have much to pray about together. Join us in this joint prayer service to intercede for those who suffer and to pray for short-term and long-term peace in Gaza. We will also intercede for the end of gun violence in our city as well as the upcoming elections, especially the Presidential election that could have long-lasting ramifications on our democracy and our nation.
