WCF is led by a pastoral/staff team, elders, and deacons. We invite you to contact us with any questions you may have.

Elders are active, communing members who are consecrated to provide spiritual oversight, guardianship and direction for the corporate life of WCF. They are particularly called to prayer, teaching, discipling, encouraging and discerning. They are committed to the soul care of the congregation which embraces WCF’s vision, mission and core values. Deacons are active, communing members who are consecrated to provide caring administration and organization for the program ministries of WCF. Each deacon supports an area of congregational ministry in different Commissions. They are particularly called to caring, delegating, overseeing, budgeting and coordinating. They are committed to the ministry focus of the congregation which embraces WCF’s vision, mission and core values. Deacons may be contacted at deacons@wcfchurch.org.
