In the book of Habakkuk, the prophet comes up against the greatest violent injustices of his time, among and against his own people. Not only does Habakkuk face these horrors perpetrated by humans, but he also questions God —it feels like God is silent and even complicit in injustice.
Habakkuk brings a question we have all asked: How long, O Lord? How does Habakkuk's lament shape our own response to hardship and suffering? And what will it show us about God's character?
Join us for this new series: Habakkuk: Joy-Filled Trust in Trying Times. We'll gather for worship on Sundays at 10:30am, bringing our hard questions, our joys and our laments. And in Habakkuk's journey, we find good company.
