Kristin is a DC attorney, who was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest (where no one has yet forgotten the musical legacies of Bing Crosby or the grunge movement of the 90's). She has been singing in church settings since she could talk, including with her mother in the official choir of Billy Graham's crusade tour when she was 8 years old. She was playing bass guitar for church by the time she was 13, added on classical and jazz upright bass at 14, and spent the last 2 years of high school at the local community college taking a handful of core classes to accompany her full load of music studies. Kristin went to Whitworth University on a music scholarship, where she quickly met her husband Adam in Jazz Band and studied Philosophy and Political Science. She has lived in Oregon, Washington (State), Tanzania, Chicago, Nashville, Belgium, and Alaska. She and her family (consisting of Adam and furbabies Eclipse, Aurora, and Luna), moved to DC in June 2020 upon Kristin's graduation from Vanderbilt Law School, so that Kristin could pursue her dream of practicing International Law. The list of things Kristin enjoys and loves are entirely too long for a short bio, but does include basically anything that could be considered "an adventure."
