Small Groups at WCF
Building Authentic Community

Small groups play an important role in congregational life at WCF. Small groups are the place where we live out the vision of WCF (to be an Authentic Community of Personal Transformation, Social Impact and Vibrant Worship) and where God makes us more like Jesus.  And they offer an opportunity to connect on a more personal level while meeting regularly for fellowship, support and spiritual formation.

WCF's small group model is defined, supported, committed, and neighborhood-based. The small group year runs from September - June where small groups create a commitment document detailing meeting schedule and community care guidelines. The pastoral staff at WCF support small group leaders. We aim to organize groups by neighborhood in order to make groups accessible.

Small groups generally meet in the evening in homes all around the metropolitan area. Most meet every week, but some meet bi-weekly. Each group sets the place and time for meeting, as well as other logistical details. If you’re interested in joining or starting a small group at WCF, please let us know below.
